Appearance:
The appearance of Pup-Grass® is exceptional; it looks realistic, unlike the majority of artificial grass. It is easier to install than other competitive products because it is dimensionally stable and does not shrink or expand when weather changes. Knitted products are 3 times more expensive to install because this type of grass requires underpinnings to prevent bubbles, ridges, and bumps from developing due to the expansion and contraction of the soil.

Shipping and Delivery:
Pup-Grass® ships via freight. We email the quote for your approval before we finalize your order. Prior to signing the delivery receipt make certain you check the roll for any signs of damage. If you see damage to the outside of the roll, i.e. crushed, puncture marks, or tears in the materials, you should refuse the shipment and note the damage on the delivery slip. Be as detailed as you can. Make sure you take pictures of the damage from different views.

Unloading Pup-Grass®:
Unless you have a forklift with a carpet pole, You will need some help to unload the Pup-Grass® A full roll weight approximately 659 lbs. Unfortunately, many LTL drivers will not help unload. One way to make the task easier is to have 4 pieces of 3” x 14” sections of PVC pipe and a long crowbar. Carefully get the flat end under the roll and with help lift one end enough to slip the pipe under the roll, repeat this process until you have all the sections of pipe under the roll. Once you are done push on the end of the roll until it’s at the end of the trailer and let gravity help out. From the street to your staging area use two 12 x 12 furniture dollies or a couple of skateboards to move it to your staging area.
